1. Reservation service
Customers can make an appointment for free door-to-door quotation service by calling or checking online.
2. Confirm the order
Our customer service specialist will call you before the service to confirm the service date, location and time.
Note: If you need to change the moving date, you must notify us by phone and email three days in advance, otherwise, we will charge an additional administrative fee of $500 . We apologize for the inconvenience.
3. Service day
Before and after the transportation service, customers must count the quantity of the items being transported.
If you have any questions, please ask them immediately. Once the employee leaves the relevant unit, the company will not accept any further questions raised by the customer.
